If you need to cancel an appointment, please get in touch with the clinic as soon as you realize a conflict in your schedule has arisen. There is no fee to reschedule appointments with more than 24 hours notice. Appointments canceled within 24 hours may be subject to a $200 cancellation fee.

Our clinic offers flexible payment options, including cash, debit, and checks, with all major credit cards accepted (3% processing fee applies). Please note, we do not accept insurance, except for patients covered through the Veterans Affairs Administration.
